All the courses have been created in adherence to the syllabus prescribed by the relevant authority. There is no guarantee of any additional coverage.

The course promises only the offerings listed on the website.

In the process of teaching, adequate discretion is exercised by teachers. Such discretion shall not be counted as a deviation from the syllabus.

Any requests regarding the course not being easily understandable due to language or theoretical difficulty will not be entertained. Adequate effort has been made to make the course as understandable as possible.

If any significant topic is found missing in the course, it will be provided on a mutually agreed date via online access only. No new physical media (e.g., pen drives) will be dispatched for the same.

Any additional dispatch will be made only if the missing portion constitutes more than 25% of the syllabus of the examination, in terms of weightage. The decision of First Fluency shall be final and binding in such matters.

Money once paid shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances.

In case of any legal issues, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Lucknow only.
